Build It Green
Build It Green is the most highly developed local organization focused on Residential Green Building and is the organization behind the rating system most widely adopted throughout Bay Area municipalities, GreenPoint Rated. We have been closely involved in the unfolding of this effort as a participant in early conferences, a skilled contributor, and an early adopter of the ratings process.
We maintain an annual membership in the organization and have a large number of colleagues supporting this organization both inside and out.

USGBC - Redwood Empire Chapter
The USGBC-REC is a non-profit, membership organization providing green building and sustainability training, seminars and events. We have been intimately involved in this Regional Chapter of the US Green Building Council since its inception in 2001, with Bruce serving as founding Chairman of the Board. The US Green Building Council is the organization behind the LEED Rating System, which has transformed the design, construction, and manufacturing marketplace in the years since it was first introduced. We have been actively involved in this organization since 2001 in leadership and service on both national and regional levels.

Energy Star Partner
ENERGY STAR is a joint program of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy helping us all save money and protect the environment through energy efficient products and practices. We have participated in these programs by energy star certifying all our new homes projects through Energy Star since 2001. Complying with this standard truly represents real green house gas emission reductions and all the associated environmental benefits.
