Design Team Collaboration

We work with our clients and the architect early in the design phase and make recommendations for the best technology and materials possible within the budget.
Every client receives a detailed preliminary estimate so that the cost implications are clear. This team approach allows the client to achieve a design that meets their needs as well as their budget.

Preconstruction Phase

We provide a detailed Master Budget. This budget is based on proposals from our Subcontractors. It is regularly monitored to meet the desired financial guidelines using ongoing cost analysis and control.
We provide the client with a detailed Master Schedule, which drives the project to completion on time.

Construction Phase

All our projects are staffed with a highly experienced project Superintendent.
Collaborative meetings are held weekly with the design-build teams and Subcontractors to discuss construction issues and schedules. The benefits derived from the long-term relationships we’ve developed with our Subcontractors are that they give our clients competitive pricing and quality work.

Project Completion

Relationships with our clients continue long after we hand them the keys.
